Salt therapy
Salt therapy or halotherapy is the inhalation and exposure of the body to the dry salt aerosol of natural rock salt in the salt room. This is a pleasant, calm room surrounded by a thick layer of salt. The room maintains a certain temperature and humidity level, and the salt repels the moisture and keeps the room bacterially free. A generator blows microscopically small salt dust around the room. The main function of the dry salt aerosol is to clean and dissolve the respiratory tract and the skin. With calm breathing, it is effectively distributed through the airways and penetrates the skin, so light clothing is recommended for the therapy.
Salt therapy is a natural way to relieve many problems that are most pronounced in autumn, winter and early spring. It takes place in a very relaxing environment with a pleasant soundtrack and light visual effects.
It is suitable for asthmatics, people with frequent colds, elite athletes and recreational users. It is also suitable for children (from 6 months of age).

Please arrive at the Valetuda Medical Centre reception at least 15 minutes before the start of the service. In case of delay, unfortunately we will not be able to extend the service. Please note any medical conditions or restrictions when making your reservation. This will allow us to advise you on appropriate treatments.
Cancellation is required at least 6 hours before the service. In case of unjustified cancellation, we are obliged to charge you 50% of the service price.
